#416...class...class...can i have you attention please...

thank....
you.

Class, in light of the coming election -  today's subject is a timely one.  Today class, we will explore the workings of the mysterious and oft misunderstood Electoral College.

The who's, what's and why's will be posted here, in the next few entries for your viewing pleasure.  The Queen knows that,  "you've been meaning to look it up..." but haven't gotten around to it yet.  And so, being a good Queen, that's where I come in.

I really think you will find these next few entries informative.  I do hope the good  Mr. William C. Kimberling forgives me for posting, without written permission,  most of his 20 page paper here -(for those of you who are not PDF capable) in hopes we might become a more informed bunch of bloggeurs for this coming November.  I could have just sent you all the link, but then, if it's in front of you - you just might read it.

In addition, I will also make the grand assumption, that because he works for the federal government in the capacity of the Deputy Director of the FEC Office of Election Administration, and that this paper is on the electorial process - that he so works for me, and therefore, permission is automatically granted.

I could be wrong, but I'm willing to take the chance...besides that, I didn't know where to get his permission, okay! - damn pdf files..

okay class, now the following posts may be long - but they are interesting and you will be a better citizen for taking the time to read them through.  Of course, any blue lettering will take you to the transcript in it's entirety -  feel free to click away...

all ready class?  good.  Let's open our books now, shall we?
