#494....on judi's light

These are the days I live for.

A day filled with unexpected delights. A day of sunlight and fresh flowers, surprises and smiling voices from a friend I haven't even met (as yet.)  Only in j-land will you find this kind of magic...

Our resident royal artiste ~ Lady Judith, -  has been kind enough to let me adopt one of her very beautiful Light paintings...this, the 6th in the series..

Each painting is wonderful - and the collection as a whole, magical.  If you haven't yet checked them out - then by all means, go, run, shoo!

Judi's light just pours out of each one so brilliantly. The designs and execution are a combination of simple complexity - a painted creative movement of color, emotion, light, and texture...

Judi was kind enough to let me have a first hand peek of the last of the Light series - and because of our collective struggling artists existence - we did the old fashioned thing - we bartered, swapped - traded our goods for each other's goodies!

She gets baubles from Believable Balderdash, and I get the light and beauty the flowed out of Judi's paintbrush...

how perfect is that?

well, pretty damn perfect actually - if you ask me.
