Once upon a time, 25 years ago...
a bride readied herself with her mother....
Her attendants were bright and beautiful -
the sisters four, plus soon to be sister in-law....
The handsome groom was ready and waited...
along with all the groom's men....
for his bride to compose herself long enough
to walk down the aisle with her parents on each of her arms...
To God and each other ~
they exchanged their vows,
and the couple was showered with love...
and rich blessings....
Afterward, in the village..
there was dancing...
and rejoicing....
all around.
..and the last we heard....
they lived happily ever after ~
even in spite of themselves.
