#492....the posing kitty - Spitty.

okay..so it's been a while since I posted a kitty post - so I thought I'd have Spitty do some modeling for you...

and in truth - he didn't need much coaching.  We put on these vintage crystals and told him he looked "pretty".  He fell for it.

and sat there for over a half hour - formally dressed to impress....uh...

who... we're still not sure.

                Picture from Hometown

this is his: "Act semi-seriously interested in what's out the sliding door" pose.

          Picture from Hometown

this, of course, is his: - "I wonder if my food dish is filled" pose.

           Picture from Hometown

This is his:  "I wish I could bite her head off" pose.

        Picture from Hometown

This is his:  "When she lets me off this chair - I'm gonna claw her furniture" pose.

Hope you enjoyed the show.    I know I did.    Hee....

He's quite an elegant fellow. If I were a gay cat, or heterosexual farmer, it would be like, Spitty and I... [:P]

I love him, Flora. Thanks for the show.

It's 6:18 AM.  I'm bleary-eyed from Allergies, and I am drinking tea and laughing at the great picures of your Cat.  A good way to start the day.  My favorite is the last, very soulfull-looking pose.  sheila

He is adorable!!!  He looks like my friend, Michelle's cat, Caesar.  Unfortunately when she moved from Denver to Colorado Springs, Caesar got out of the house never to be seen again, by her anyway.  He had those same color eyes.  My daughter dressed our dog up at Christmas, much to Mary Jane's dismay, although she was a good sport about it.  Carrie put a Santa hat on MJ and some garland around her and we dubbed her, Mary Jane the Christmas Dog.  I think I have pics in my pet journal at http://journals.aol.com/Smjr43/MyBabies.  Thanks for visiting my Colorado journal!!!!

I'll never forget when my son tried to put a "cat hat" on poor Tasha, youngest of the Feline Clan. Poor thing ran around the house for ten minutes before we could catch her and save her dignity. It was as if Tasha was trying to run away from the hat. Son was devastated, he thought it would save her from sunstroke and skin cancer when we took Tasha outside. Your feline is much more patient and understanding than Tasha and the rest of the Clan.

I laughed so hard I had to blow my nose (it always runs when I laugh that hard).

God, I love orange kitties!

Oh my, LOL I don't know if my cats would be so patient or tolerant. Although my 10 year does her best to dress them up!

Where's the "don't hate me because I'm beautiful" pose?! ;-)  These were a scream, thanks for posting them!!

Too funny all together!  What a great kitty to give you so many poses and expressions.  Even I, with all my patience, would not sit 'dressed up' such as he!  ROFLMBO!

...oh no...  I just saw the PETA folks heading this direction.  I'll take Spitty so you can run far far away.  Yes, leave the the jewels on Spitty, I'll take those too!  I'll signal when the coast is clear.   : )
Best,
