so.... i get this email from cuz snookie, who is dealing with bad weather in arizona...how dare she mock us!!! she writes:
"Since misery likes company I thought I would send this photo of our Arizona storms and the havoc they can cause too..... I saw your journal and the pictures of your storms.....
Here is a photo of the damage from terrible storm that passed through Arizona last weekend. Most people stayed home and most schools were cancelled. It really makes you cherish our usual balmy climate and reminds us not to take life for granted. And this is only March!

at least we don't have to wear oven mitts just to open car doors in the summer...so there!

Oops .... the picture didn't come thru.
Oh ... and by the way ... The oven mitts serve a dual purpose in the summer. We also use them to remove the frozen pizza from on top of our car engines. See we bake them there so they are cooked by the time we drive home from the grocery store. Saves time and electricity......

Oh my, they had one chair casualty, how terrible! Snort. Here in Southern California, we had several potted plant casualties as a result of the sudden gusts of warm summery wind ushering in spring. Terrible, terrible.
I was there when this terrible storm hit. People just don't know how to drive in this weather. No storms today, it was in the 90's. Dawn

MILDEW, AS IN excessive water, mold, black stains due to high humidity, not likely in Arizona, I think it's a imposter picture, probably from a backyard in Limerick...
joanne - have you lost your mind! that pic could never be from limerick - open your eyes girl! there be FLOWERS AND GREEN STUFF ON THE TREES..something we still, in april, do NOT have yet.
