Aolhelp is now telling me that I'm corrupted.
(I beg your pardon!)
and that I should delete my screenname and then try to recover it in order to fix my FTP space....
now, as intuitive as they may be as to my personal character...
I'm still not doing that.

I hope they figure it out and recover your FTP space for you. I know it's hard dealing with them though...either via phone or "live chat". You're right...the chat help is a little strange. Makes you wonder just how live it really is.
