Yeah, I'm sure Ohio cares not one bit that they just sentenced me to four more years of choosing between prescriptions and food. Thanks Ohio.

Don't blame Ohio. Half of the people in the country voted for Bush. My thoughts are in my journal.

Oh Dear Flora,
I am so sad today. Some seem to think this is a game, when it is actually our lives and our freedoms that hang in the balance. Four years could be a very long time, couldn't it?
Be well,
judi

I guess DiAnne didn't campaign heavily enough.  I thought she was holding down Ohio for us!!  Let's blame HER.  tehehe.... Joke.  Lurve Dianne.   And at least she lives in one of those states where Kerry had something of a chance.  It's hard as hell to be a Democratic voter in Texas.  Grrr... ::sigh::  To be honest, it's not the end of the world, even if it feels like it today.  4 years isn't a lifetime. And thank GOD for term limits!!!  :D

And the other 49 states that produced

America will recover...we always do...no matter how great the damage is.  I guess some people (over 50%) just have to learn the hard way...Well on to Election 2008.  My son will be 15 then.  We will be able to canvass, and drive people to the polls.  I will be ready.

The onus is on Li'l Georgie. People are going to watch and judge his every move for the next four years. I don't hold out much hope for it, but perhaps the scrutiny will force him into more ethical and humanist leadership.

Where do they come up with these damn states?!   If I wanted Ohio to decide my fate, I'd move there.  Arrrghhh.  --Albert

Oh flora, I have been so depressed over this election I haven't been able to get out of bed! What am I to do? Spend the next 4 years in bed? Just like the last 4 years? I guess so!

Yes, well I keep telling myself that with four more years of W. we at least can count on endless amounts of fun-poking at the most moronic man ever to inhabit the planet.  I think Bill Moyer made a plea a few weeks ago on his tv show, saying if Bush didn't win, who would there be left to pick on, what would the comedians and satirists do??   "Where will the hate go?" he wondered.  Well, no need to wonder.... ;)

Shouldn't the nation's flag be flying at half mast?

Four more years.  I hope it's only more of the same and doesn't do worse things knowing he doesn't have to face re-election.
